Other big news: My brother and mother arrive here in Phoenix tomorrow. So now it's time to start cleaning house :-(. Oh screw it, I'll clean the mold experiments out of the refrigerator and if they don't like the mess big deal.

I will try to post Ocotillo tomorrow, if not taken up too much time with relatives. I finished testing it Friday afternoon, but I did not have time to package it up before leaving. The current plan is to post the PRNG here, except for the twofish.c file, which will have to be downloaded from a web site in England (a version of twofish that was written from scratch using the specifications, thus is already exported). Since this is a random number generator and not an encryption program, I cannot be accused of violating export restrictions unless I have the twofish.c file in there (since twofish.c can be used to make an encryption program, sigh).

I will try to put a form on my home page at www.estinc.com to EMAIL the full archive, including twofish.c, to people who verify that they are U.S. citizens. But no guarantees. Between relatives in town and my real work, time is tight.
